The Flexible skate wheel conveyor is a self tracking, gravity skate wheel conveyor that has a per linear foot capacity of 50kgs. This unit is engineered to handle multi-sized cartons in low to medium volume applications. The all-steel construction provides unmatched structural integrity, whether the conveyor is extended, compacted or configured in simple or compound curves. Adjustable inner legs vary height to achieve gravity flow.

2. Joint hooks: In order to extend conveying length, joint hooks easily connect additional conveyors or other machines.
3. Side plate: Ribbed galvanized steel plate with rivet connecting.
4. Package Stopper: Package Stopper prevent boxes and packages from falling off the end of the conveyor and can be lowered if required for storage when not in use, or when connecting to another flexible conveyor.

6. Castors: Dia. 4'' swivel castors w/brake are used. They stand firmly when handing package. 5'' castors also available.
7. Axle center: 125mm as standard when the conveyor is fully extended. Optional 75mm and 100mm roller center can be supplied for the conveying of smaller packages or cartons. Please note optional roller center will affect the conveyor compacted length.

How to choose the flexible conveyor model.
1. The flexible roller conveyors have a bigger load capacity than the standard flexible skate wheel conveyor.
2. With the same length, width, height, the standard flexible skate wheel conveyor is more economical than gravity roller units, and makes the goods moves smoother.
3. Double roller type makes the goods moves smoother and more fluent than the single roller type.
4. Any items with an uneven or open bottom, or with a rim on the bottom should be transported on rollers.
5. Conveyed items can be wider than the conveyor. Extra wide items like plywood or sheet materials can be moved if carefully centered.
6. Typically, 3 rollers or 3 skate wheel lines must be beneath the load at any particular time for easy rolling.
